The Market Gardeners Limited’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Commodore Hotel Christchurch. It will again be a hybrid event, with all shareholders able to attend in-person or online using the Zoom platform.

Location: Commodore Hotel, 449 Memorial Avenue, Christchurch
The meeting will be followed by drinks and nibbles from approximately 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
Registering your attendance at the AGM
In-person: Shareholders planning to attend the AGM in-person are requested to RSVP (for catering purposes) at: www.mggroup.co.nz/agmrsvp
Online: Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting online must register at: www.mggroup.co.nz/onlineagmrsvp
NOTE: A link for the online meeting will then be sent to you via email nearer the time.
Appointing a proxy
Shareholders who are attending online or are unable to attend the AGM in-person and wish to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf, can do so at: www.mggroup.co.nz/proxy
The details required to complete the proxy form (such as the unique voting number) will be sent by 20 October 2026. Please note that your vote or proxy must be received before 5.00 pm on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
